I understand there are NO refunds.

I understand there are no transfers to another participant for any reason.

I understand that I may not be issued a credit for my registration under any circumstance and I agree to be subscribed to e-mail newsletters to stay informed on event info.
I hereby understand that upon my entry into the Reno Races Half Marathon, 10K, 5K or JR 1 Mile Running Series, or Downtown River Run, I waive any and all claims for damages that I may have against Reno Races LLC, The City of Reno, Washoe County's Regional Park the promoters, sponsors, volunteers, or any involved in the production of this race, in regards to any and all injuries
suffered, included death, by me while running, traveling to or from, or participating in this event, for myself, my heirs, and or assignors. By signing, I also attest that I am physically fit, sufficiently trained to participate in this event, and have full knowledge of the risk involved. I give my full permission to Reno Races LLC, The City of Reno, its affiliates and their corporate partners
to use any photographs, videotapes, or other recordings of me that are made during the course of this event.
